Description: Clean 1952-53 production Leica black-dial llf (slow speed delete) rangefinder camera. Serial number 613825. Film tested, see the photos shot with a 3.5cm Elmar. The rangefinder works and the viewfinder is bright and clear. The shutter curtains appear to be ok with no pinholes visible or showing in the photos. The shutter fires at all speeds and seems in the ball park. The leatherette is nice. The frame counter works correctly. The film chamber looks clean and it has the take-up spool. There is a little bit of wear from the ready case on the rear edge of the baseplate which can be seen in the photos. There is no pitting of the plating on the base plate or the top cover. The rangefinder/viewfinder window trim piece is undamaged. This is a real peach. They made comparatively few of the llf compared to the lllf
