Description: I am selling a matched set of 1955 Illinois License Plates. They are a very dark navy blue/orange in color. In certain lighting they almost look black/orange. They are License #2778907. The license plates measure approximately 12.5” x 5.5” and the pair weighs approximately 8 ounces. They are in good used condition for their 69 years of age. They are not perfect! They do have some scratches and corrosion from use and age. PLEASE see and enlarge all photos BEFORE purchasing. They will still display nicely as is or they may be touched up a little if you so choose. These were a recent Illinois barn find. I am selling them today for $19.95 (plus shipping).
