Description: Bach 8 Mount Vernon New York Trombone, one owner and as original as it gets! It is a small bore tenor sold in May 9th 1959 at the Mt. Vernon Factory. Has a 7.5" Yellow brass bell, standard weight handslide, original leadpipe, .490 straight bore. This has a great slide, totally straight tubes, perfect inners with no wear. Plays very easily. If I play it again I won't sell it. It's that good. It has wear marks on the grip. Please look at the detailed pictures for condition. I took them inside and out with no flash. Has had full shop service. Would be an excellent lead, jazz, or studio horn. There are not many model 8's from the Mt. Vernon era in the wild today. This one is rare. Comes with original case, paperwork, Mount Vernon 11C and Herco mouthpiece and 3 mutes. It will be carefully packaged with insurance and to the shipper in less than 24 hours.
