It dates to the 1960's and it is done in white and navy blue straw. The white straw on the body is textured and has a popcorn stitch. The brim is smooth and measures 3 3/4 inches. Navy blue netting is stretched across the body of the hat and gathered in the back. The circumference of the hat is 21 inches and it's in very good condition.
