1960s/70s Vintage MARX Tin Litho Two Story Colonial Doll House with furniture

Description: Carefully stored away for decades, now ready to go on to a new home. In great shape. Check out Condition for details. I included everything I could find so there may be a few extras. The four babies are a different color than the other 4 dolls, but they fit in the furniture, so maybe this is a combination of two sets? Think of it as a bonus! The record player has its own picture because I forgot to include it with the other items until I had already packed them up. The top hinge for the door is broken, but the hinge is there- it's the little while thing in the picture. Can it be fixed? Probably, but I didn't want to mess with it. UPDATE: I found the second wire holder for the porch (see new picture), so I now have both of them. Please note that the first one does not have two legs the same length (the second one is perfectly square). Carefully look at the pictures. I don't know if the legs are supposed to be the same length, but it's always been that way for as long as I remember. PRICE BREAK: $10 taken off original price
