Increasingly, the thrum of horses' hoofs is heard on Wisconsin race tracks. Harness racing, a long time favorite a county fairs, is gaining added interest and new meets are being scheduled. At the top, graceful pacers go past the Jefferson county fairground grandstand at a meet sponsored by the Jefferson County Trotting Club and American Legion Post 164.
