Description: Up for sale is a complete brand new NOS choke assembly for 1967 1968 1969 Camaro Z28 302 engines. This assembly consists of an NOS choke thermostat coil, coil cover , choke rod, choke rod clip and stainless steel mounting screw. These parts replace GM / Chevrolet choke thermostat coil 3887148 , coil cover 3864866 , choke rod 3917616 and rod clip 7003137. Make your Camaro Z-28 restoration totally correct with genuine GM parts. These parts come from a closed down Chevrolet dealership parts department. Please note these parts are 50 year old production line parts and may have some age imperfections (oxidation or tarnish) - I will select the best quality parts from my inventory. Depending on inventory the thermostat and cover may come either in GM boxes or bags. The choke rod and clip will come loose as shown in the photo as in later years GM supplied small parts bagged in quantity of 5 pieces per order. Why pay $85 to $100 for just the choke coil and then still have to look for the rest of the assembly one part at a time , when you can have a complete and correct assembly in one shot delivered to your door.
