Description: This is a 1967 “Yearbook” of Company “E”, 4th Battalion, Second Brigade at Fort Gordon in Georgia. It measures approx 9.25 in x 12.25 in. It is in excellent, like-new condition. Fort Gordon, located in Georgia, was established in 1917 as a training camp for World War I. In 1941, the base was reconstructed and renamed Camp Gordon, after Confederate General John Brown Gordon. During World War II, the base trained the 4th and 26th Infantry Divisions, as well as the 10th Armored Division. The 82nd "All American" Division, an airborne infantry unit, was also trained at Camp Gordon. In 2014, the US Army established the US Army Cyber branch and Cyber School at Fort Gordon. In 2023, Fort Gordon was redesignated as Fort Eisenhower.
