Description: This is an authentic original set of 5 Apollo 11 Lunar Landing photographs from 1969. These were sent by Eastman Kodak to those who requested or purchased them at that time. Not sure if they were sold or sent by request. This set includes the original envelope and a letter from Kodak with history regarding the lunar project and Kodak's role in the photographic documentation. The letter states that the 5 photos "were taken by Neil Armstrong with a Hasselblad camera and 70mm Kodak Ektachrome EF film." It further says, "we present these lithographs to you through the courtesy of NASA and with the conviction that Kodak products will continue in the vanguard as man pursues expanding frontiers". Pictures reproduced on the Kodak Polymatic Litho Plate LN. The images are on 8 1/2 by 11 inch paper. Ships with USPS Priority Mail, signature required.
