Features a small diamond embedded with "Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters" on one side and "John Unitas - April 21, 1971" on the other side. A period newspaper account relays that he received the award "honoring an outstanding Pennsylvania native..." at a dinner held that night. Unitas had just lead the Baltimore Colts to a Championship in Super Bowl V.
