There is a small jb weld job done near the kick start shaft hole. See inside picture 12/13. It did not leak any oil. Please look over the pictures. Please inspect all pictures to see details. It comes as pictured. Generally external parts i.e. body, suspension, plastics may require some cleaning. Normal scuffs and scratches from regular use may be visible on the parts.
