Description: Listed Russian Artist Vladimir Ryklin Signed and Dated, on lower left margin, this Spectacular Rural Landscape scene with Peasants and Animals. It is an Original Ink painting on thick paper, dated by the artist -1973. In his Hyper-Realistic (not quite Surrealistic) style, Ryklin depicts an interesting (and somewhat) close-up view of Russian peasants working their property. A horse is predominant, at left while at center, clothes/rags seem to hanging out to dry. The 'close-up' edits the view in a fascinating way. The scene seems cropped. The back of the horse is cut off as is the wood slat box, at upper center. Funniest of all is the pair of feet, casually resting on a box, at right center. The artist's signature is on Cyrillic, which is why the letters don't match the English (Ryklin).Paper measures 8 3/8 X 11 1/2 and is in Good Vintage conditionPlease carefully examine all images for condition.
