There is some rust around the faucet and spoutholes, and little at the drain hole. These areas were both completely covered by thehardware before it was removed. The area around the water overflow hole is rusted,but not seen from the front. The only other area found to point out is a .25" chipon the left, front edge. The rest is in very good shape with no issues. The metalring is free of excessive wear, damage or corrosion and looks good. The undersideof the sink has been painted a couple of times, and it was given a quick coat to cleanit up.
