All of the adjustment screws move, but it is a vintage part and may need to be cleaned or adjusted. It comes complete with the original mounting screws.This part was removed from a genuine American made 1974 Rickenbacker 4001. The serial number was "NE 2978" and the pots dated to April 1974.
