Description: As the Business Manager for a local Chevrolet Dealership for over 30 years I discovered this 1976 State of Michigan Bi-Centennial DEALER License Plate that was never used at my dealership and is still in the paper sleeve as provided by the Michigan Sec. of State Office. Interestingly they used a 1979 paper sleeve I guess to use up what they had from a previous year. It's in absolutely MINT CONDITION. Anyway, for a collector this should be an outstanding license plate for their collection.
