CONDITION: Read CarefullyI am not an expert at grading, so this is only a subjective opinion on condition: Plates and folder are near mint / The envelope shows minor tanning due to age - I would put it at very fine.Therefore, use your own judgement to grade the item by evaluating the posted photos.
