General item details (regarding all listings) I try to show item details and condition that are honest and clear in the images, and I describe the items likewise and to the best of my knowledge. But it is possible that I incorrectly describe a listing through insufficient knowledge or simply make a mistake in what I write. So all listings are "SOLD AS SEEN AND/OR DESCRIBED". If the images and description don't match please contact me to ask for clarification or let me know I need to correct something. I try to get the colours in the images accurate as possible but this often proves difficult or impossible. Please bear this in mind. This is a smoke and pet free environment. Some items I list (largely philatelic/paper/ephemera) I will have bought years ago pre-owned so they may not always have been smoke free but will have been for some time now. Again, if this is an issue you must ask before bidding (auctions) or buying (Buy It Now). General shipping (regarding all listings) I list at "ship within 5 working days". So if you need an item sooner than 5 working days + actual shipping time for the listed service you must contact me before bidding (auction) or buying (Buy It Now) to discuss if I can ship more quickly or use a different service. I will mail only fully insured. I can combine P&P/S&H so long as you haven't yet paid. Once you have paid I can't combine. I generally list as "other courier" for anything larger than a letter size as this provides flexibility on packaging and on mailing date. Often it will be Royal Mail, but could be eg Yodel, Evri, UPS, FedEx. For most letters I list as Royal Mail as packaging size is straightforward and they are the only provider. Some items I list as Collection Only. It is you responsibility as the bidder/buyer to read the listing. So I will not cancel any purchase made because you thought a listing was not collection only. General anything else (regarding all listings) I am simply clearing out personal belongings. So no returns. Must ask before bidding (auctions) or buying (Buy It Now).
