I looked this over and it shows to be in very good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs found. The bell measures 3" tall. This originally had potpourri on the inside. This can also be used as an ornament as well. No brand name on this classic was found. I just picked up approx 500+ pieces of vintage UK Royal Family and related items from a local estate sale.
