When first distributed to Cadillac Dealers there was a card (that will be included) packed inside some boxes that read: ALLANTE` THE NEW SPIRIT OF CADILLAC This pewter replica of the Cadillac Allante` has been crafted to the scale of the production automobile. Each model has been precisely cast of small components which are hand-finished and assembled with great care. Just as the Allante` was painstakingly conceived by Cadillac and its coachwork meticulously hand-crafted by Pininfarina, this replica has been fashioned to scale by the finest New England craftsmen. A new expression of Cadillac excellence, the Allante` is truly a worthy subject of the sculptor’s art and its masterpiece styling is reflected in this miniature replica. Pictures shown are of model that is not for sale but should be representative of what you will find when box is opened. Acrylic Display Base is not included. If upon opening the box you find this item to be tarnished, (It has been over 30 years since production) it should be cleaned using a commercial pewter polish. After cleaning, wash in hot, soapy water and rinse with hot water. Dry by rubbing in one direction until no black comes off on the cloth.
