These Cel's are all from Production Use, and are not new. They may have scratches, missing paint, etc. We have noticed that the company they came from has Mislabeled many of the COA's, we will still include them, but please note that we are listing them correctly when the COA is wrong (For example, the Fender Bender 500 Cel's are labelled as Whacky Racers, which is incorrect) Our main products will be Wholesale goods - Blankets, Pillows, Kitchen Products, Etc.
