Description: This Antonio Pineda bracelet is an absolutely spectacular piece, one which I believe to be extremely rare. It's a gate link design with six silver posts which are tipped top and bottom with obsidian. A fabulous modernist design and a showpiece which pulls out all the stops. Closed, wearable length is 6 5/8"-6 3/4". Width is 1 3/4". Weight is 198.8 grams, 6.39 troy ounces. Signed and hallmarked "970 Silver Hecho en Mexico" with the Antonio Taxco Crown and the eagle assay 17. The crown hallmark is light but easily distinguishable. In excellent vintage condition. One stone has a tiny flea bite /abrasion. Original safety chain is attached.
