They were basically regular proof sets with the inclusion of any Commemorative coins that were released that year. In this 1990 set it includes all the regular proof coins from 1990, and then also includes the 1990-P Eisenhower Commemorative 90% Silver Dollar--6 coins in all! This set comes housed in the original government case, which is a very nice felt case made to look like a book, and the outer box and the certificate of authenticity.The coins in this set are in amazing shape! They all have that gorgeous mirror image and frosty deep cameo reliefs you expect from high quality proof coins. There may be some ghost toning on the Ike Dollar, which is very common with Silver Proof coins from this era. I do have multiple sets available in the exact same condition and packaging if you were interested in buying more than one.
