(see my other auctions for more signed comics & cards). Comic was hand signed by artist Bernard Chang at the annual Baltimore Comic-Con 2014, and by Bob Layton at the New Jersey Comic Expo 2016. It comes with 2 POA's (Proof Of Authenticity). Comic is in a VF/NM or better condition. Displays beautifully. To eliminate some concerns as to the authenticity of an autographed item, I include in most cases, what I call a POA (Proof Of Authenticity), which usually is a copy of the flyer addressed to me and the page listing the artist as a scheduled guest. While I provide certificates for some items, my experience at conventions is that, the table selling certificates is far removed from most of the artists. As a result, the signing isn't witnessed by the sellor of the certificate, so how can this be guaranteed authentic? Another source of certificates are those printed up by the sellor who guarantees authenticity!!! Just a thought not to get hung up on certificates. I have been selling signed items on ebay since December 4, 1998. I haven't had any problems with authenticity in all that time! I personally guarantee that the signature is authentic, and was signed by the creator, witnessed by me. P&H is $4.00 for the first comic, USA. Add $1.00 for each additional comic. I always pack carefully and securely, bag and board, sandwiched between heavy cardboard for protection. P&H to Canada is $10.00 for the first comic, $1.00 for each additional comic. International P&H is $15.00 for the first comic. Add $3.00 for each additional comic won. Postal rates have dramatically increased, and since ebay charges sellers fees including the P&H, please be aware of these changes. My only other option is to exclude International buyers from my auctions! PLEASE DO NOT PAY FOR MULTIPLE WINS INDIVIDUALLY. WAIT FOR MY INVOICE OR YOU WILL PAY MORE P&H.
