Per the details on the Certificate of Authenticity as shown “Certifies that X-Men figurine is an official Limited-Edition issue created exclusively for Hardee’s”. All figures made of a hard plastic/PVC type material and has a plastic base with the pegs for the figures. There is discoloration on the base for this set. Please do not purchase if any of this is a concern for you. Dated 1996 Mcdonald’s and Marvel branding on the package for the Storm vehicle from the Marvel Super Heroes series of Happy Meal Toys. There is a lot of handling wear on the packages to include wrinkling, clouding, handling marks, and the red Caution label along with a tear on the side of the package for the Storm Time Gliders.
