Description: You are looking at a right handed Washburn D-13S Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar and a Dean Markley pickup. This listing does include the Gator padded soft backpack case and FREE shipping and handling. The serial number of this guitar is pictured on the inside of the body, photo #6. This guitar was made in 1995. This guitar is preowned, but it is in good condition overall. Please note: this guitar was not mine originally, and I do not know the full history--I am only selling it. I will list everything I know about it in this listing, so please read in full before bidding. The cosmetic wear I have found has been detailed in full below. I am very picky, and I have examined it carefully for cosmetic issues--scratches, dings, dents, holes, cracks, etc. I have checked the headstock front, sides, and back, the neck, the fretboard, and the face, sides, and back of the body of the guitar. The guitar stayed in tune while I tested it. The neck looks to be very straight, not bowed in any way and the action is still low. The guitar weighed 5 pounds, 2 ounces on my postal scale. What I do see, specifically, cosmetically:The headstock is in good condition overall. There is some surface scuffing to the face, and a very small white mark on the tip (about the size of a pin dot), but the sides and rear look very good overall. The nut looks good and all strings are secure. The Grover tuners have little wear and are still shiny. Please see photos #11-14 and #21. The fretboard is in good condition as well, with what I would consider to be normal usage wear for a guitar of this age. There are no significant or glaring issues. The clear coating is beginning to wear on both sides of the neck, right where it meets the fretboard. The neck is probably the most worn area; there are some marks at the top, near the headstock, and some indenting/scratching present down the length. There are no areas that my fingers catch or anything sharp as you run your fingers down the sides/neck. Please see photos #15-17, and #20, specifically. The body: the body is in good condition overall. There are a few spots of indenting on the face, which I have shown for you in photo #23. There is some strum wear to the pick guard, and some marks/scratching by the bridge pins, which I have shown in photo #22. The sides and rear look very good overall, with only a few surface scuffs present, which I showed in photo #24. I used the glare of the overhead light to get them to show up in my photos, because you can't see them otherwise. The marks on the sides/rear are not glaring; they are things you really have to be looking for to see. There are no deep scratches or other marks present that I haven't disclosed above. Please examine all body photos for yourself. As indicated above, the Dean Markley pickup has been tested and does function as it should. See photo #18. There are no neck cracks on either side. I have shown both sides of the neck in my photos, #8-9. There are no cracks anywhere on this guitar, or any other issues that I have not specifically mentioned. The included Gator soft padded backpack case is in excellent condition overall, both inside and outside, and is pictured in photos #1 and #2. The inside lining is all intact with no rips or holes, and all zippers function as they should. There is one exterior front pocket. The backpack straps and the carrying handle on the side are all intact and secure. The stand shown in photo #1 is not included in this auction--it was for picture purposes, only. I am a musician, but I am NOT a guitar expert. I know items like this can be subjective. I strive very hard to be 100% accurate in my listings, and you can check my feedback for many happy previous guitar buyers--but I am human and occasionally I may miss something. Please, take the time to view ALL of my pictures for any issues, so that you know exactly what you are getting. I have tried to picture and describe everything from every angle and represent exactly the way the guitar looks in person. If you'd like to see more photos or you have additional questions, please feel free to contact me before bidding! I can only upload so many photos per listing, but I can send more individually. I am here to help! Feel free to check my feedback on guitar purchases to see many happy customers! Please note: This guitar and case will be shipped Ground service ONLY, extremely well packaged for protection. Please do not purchase if that shipping service is an issue for you, or if you have a P.O. Box, as I do not have any other options for shipping large/heavy items at this time. I ship my items as soon as possible, Monday through Friday only, during business hours. PLEASE READ THESE 15 THINGS BEFORE BIDDING: Please make sure to read the listing and description completely and carefully and look at all photos before bidding. Your bid is an agreement to purchase the item. This store sells many pre-owned items. We do our best to accurately describe any damage in our listing (condition description/details). Minor cosmetic blemishes and signs of use might be missed once in awhile, so PLEASE ASK if you're concerned about such things and can't tell by looking at the pictures what to expect. If the item is perfect or almost perfect (near new), the listing will let you know, otherwise please assume it has some signs of use if it is listed as used. This store uses UPS and USPS shipping. If either is a problem, ask about it before purchasing. The winning bidder pays shipping and potentially sales tax, depending on your state regulations. Ebay collects this tax, not us. PLEASE CHECK TO SEE IF YOUR STATE COLLECTS SALES TAX BEFORE BIDDING, if that is an issue for you! All items must be paid for within seven days after the close of the auction. We do not end our auctions early for BUY IT NOW prices so please do not email and ask for an early ending price. In fairness to all bidders, we let all auctions end at their scheduled times. Items will ship within 4 business days of payment unless combined shipping or some other special circumstance has been arranged. We only ship products to the contiguous United States--the lower 48 States ONLY. WE DO NOT SHIP TO CANADA or PUERTO RICO. No exceptions. If you'd like to arrange a local pickup, you are welcome to! Please contact us before purchase to arrange that. Payment and pickup are due within one week of auction's end. Combined shipping discounts are honored on multiple listings purchased at the same time. We will charge right around our actual shipping cost. Please contact us before sending any payment and we will send a correct discounted invoice for you! Any questions at all should be asked before purchase. We do offer a 14 Day Return Policy if the item contains a defect or any damage that we did not list in the description. This does not apply to cosmetic damage shown in the pictures. We always strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Please email us directly if you have an issue and we will be more than happy to help! Please, serious bidders only. Thank you for looking and bidding!
