The coin is composed of nickel and was minted in San Francisco. The coin has been certified by SGS with the number 221070999.05029. This is a rare and valuable coin for any collector. Inc Gems I would put it at Bullion Mint State at least looking at it under a 30x...could be up with PGCS w/o the Gold Finger mark on front to some.... considering a PGCS Re-Grade looking at it ...
