Description: Listed American Artist John Hull (b. 1952) painted this Military Portrait. It is an Original Oil on a Masonite board, c. 1980's. It is labeled (by a previous owner) with the artist's name and the title - "Cadet, Imperial War College". It is part of a series of military portraits by Hull. A confident, 19 century, European military officer stands haughtily, foot up on a shoeshine pedestal. He seems just a little perturbed that he is being forced to wait. The title is also in the upper left of the image, above a ghostly castle, set up on a hill. This piece is unsigned.1/4" Wide, Gold metal moulding is included in this listing. Masonite board measures 16 X 24 and is in to Good to Very Good condition.Outside measure of the frame is 16 1/4 X 24 1/4 and is in Good condition w/ a few minor nicks.Please carefully examine all images for condition.Shipping charge includes Delivery Insurance.
