Description: 19th Century Regency Rosewood Tea Caddy in Sarcophogus form. This tea caddy features a Rosewood or Mahogony veneer, 2 tea bins, a mixing glass and velvet interior top lining. The caddy is in overall very nice condition. It has a rich deep polished appearance. Please review pictures for the best description. There are several defects. The majority are on the lower lip where small pieces have been chipped off. There are also two pieces of veneer missing, one on the very top lid corner and the other on the right lid corner. These defects can be seen in the last pictures. There is no key and a felt pad is missing from a bottom biscuit foot. The caddy measures 15 inches wide, 9 inches deep and 9 3/4 inches tall. The whole piece weighs 7 lbs 12 oz.
