When it comes on the autograph front, we will happily refund you if the item is proven unauthentic and we highly recommend PSA/DNA. While we do our best, we make mistakes (as do legitimate authenticators and sellers) and our intent from day one is to offer the customer a positive experience and autograph fraud is simply put, theft.
