Description: This is a 3/8” Diameter, Two Flute PCD Diamond Tipped Ball Nose End Mill with a length of cut of 7/16” and has a Carbide body. The cutting edges are ground and sharp. The tool is center cutting with one flute to center. PCD is brazed onto a carbide shank, with a 3/8" shank diameter. This tool is for use on a Milling Machine, either CNC or Manual. The tool should be held in a collet for best results. PCD is great for abrasive materials such as non-ferrous materials, plastics,brass, bronze, carbon fiber, copper, aluminum, gold, silver, Green carbide and Green ceramics.
