Description: Two framed press leaf pictures. One is Italian Oak and the other is Red Eucalyptus. The descriptions on each are hand written and give a few notes, and the scientific name as well as the common English name. They are numbered so are probably part of a series. Each leaf sample is attached with a piece of white tape which you can see in the photos. This is information I found about the Italian Oak: The Italian Oak is Quernus frainetto, and is commonly known as Italian Oak or Hungarian oak. It is a species native to southeastern Europe(the Balkans, parts of Italy, Hungary, Romania) and Turkey. This has #348 on it and 'Drought tolerant' and some other writing which I cannot quite figure out. The Red Eucalyptus leaf has its scientific name and something about its 'scent' and the number 367 on it. Each framed picture measures 10 1/2" high x 8 1/2" wide. The white frame is about 2" wide.
