Description: For sale please find these nice two pieces of German Notgeld dated 1921. Both are from the City of Munster and printed during the Weimar Republic. Obverse: Portrait of a man in a soft conical cap wearing fancy clothing holding what appears to be some type of instrument (?). The second note shows a man holding a sword, also wearing fancy clothing (cloak?). Reverse: On the first note a man appears to be reading or citing something in a book to two other men. The second note shows two men with arms up appearing to be running for their lives. One note measures 115 x 85 mm and the other 113 x 85 mm, and are in circulated but very good condition. One note has two clipped edge corners and a light fold bottom left. The second note has two clipped corners and a fold at the top with a slight tear. The colors on these notes after over 100 years still retain their vibrant colors. Please see photographs. Buyers will pay $1.00 for first class shipping. I will combine shipping on up to five items. Please wait for a revised invoice from me before paying. After five notes I will add an additional $1.00 to your order. If you are not in the United States please understand that I use eBay's Global Shipping Program which means if you win the item, eBay bills you and once you pay they pay me and give me the go-ahead to ship the item to their distribution facility in Kentucky. Please note, I have nothing to do with any of the shipping charges eBay bills you for. It is not my call. Contact them if you have questions. I will not ship overseas any other way.
