Description: Up for sale here is this set of 2 NOS vintage Cornell Dubilier Black Cat capacitors. They are marked .1 uf 400v, and will test very close to that, with pretty much no leakage or ESR. I have almost never seen Black Cat caps that tested this well. These are great for use in amplifiers where you want something that can easily handle full voltage, and are excellent for guitar use as well.
