In order for me to provide FREE SHIPPING in the USA, if you are only buying one or two sets (2 or 4 individual) napkins, they WILL BE FOLDED for shipping, in order to keep shipping costs down. However, beverage napkins will never be folded. All napkins will be protected from rain or moisture. All orders will be sent via USPS First Class Mail. Most items will NOT have tracking information, as it is costly to ship that way, but orders weighing over 2-3 oz.
