The original stone is 3" X 7/8" X 3/16". This stones you will receive will be in the package is slightly smaller 2 3/4 X 3/4" X 1/4". Grit of this stone may be the same or slightly finer than the original. I have been told the original stones were from Norton Co. A little cotton or tissue in the bottom of the sheath pocket will allow you to finally replace the missing stone for your cherished pilot survival knife at a reasonable cost. These are not a high quality stone. I also have a mini sharpening steel listing. These are small enough to fit inside a regular leather sheath with your knife.
