We call the style - Baroque-lite. A carved, rounded outer edge leads to a deep, carved scoop and then linear decoration (with a little carved design) on the inner edge. We date the frame to the late 20th C. It is solid and very substantial, as well as versatile. Opening measures 20 X 24.Outside measure of the frame is 27 X 31 and is in Very Good Vintage condition.Frame weighs 10 lbs., 10 oz. before packing.Please carefully examine all images for condition.
