The note is dated SH or Solar Hijri Year ١٣٨١ or 1381. That began on March 21, 2002. This was the first issue from this government. "Standard Catalog of World Paper Money" (Modern Issues 1961-) by Albert Pick. #65. Face: Date ١٣٨١ or 1381. • Slate blue on multicolor underprint. DA AFGHANISTAN BANK.
