Again, no tears, just minor scuffs from its shelf life. It will be shipped in another box once purchased. This case is available for free local pickup at my Northern Sign Co. office in Auburn Hills, MI.REFUNDS/RETURNSUngraded cards are subject to your inspection and satisfaction. You may return any ungraded card that you feel was misgraded. I do my best to grade my cards accurately to most grading standards. You may return an ungraded card as long as you notify me within 48 hours of delivery, and return it within 72 hours of delivery. Shipping and handling expenses are not refundable and you are responsible for returning the item properly.
