Any product found to be defective within 30 days of purchase is eligible for a refund or replacement, however any product found to be defective after 30 days but beforethe warranty period has expired are only eligible for a replacement only. If the defective part is requested to be returned to the manufacturer, Suncore Industries will issue a call tag for the original purchaser to ship the product back.
