Description: This card is a unicorn. A highly sought after Griffey card in the late 90's/early 2000's refractor category. These were the rarest of the rare refractors. Silver refractors were obtained only by mail in redemptions and not many were redeemed. Only 4 have been graded by PSA and only 1 higher. Beautiful card, I wouldn't be surprised if a regrade on this came back higher- it appears better than an 8.
