I am breaking up another beautiful subset to make this unique offering which is truly a rare opportunity to collect these beautiful cards from one of the premier Topps Tribute issues of all time. This card is one of 16 cards within the 53-card silver relics subset that are numbered to only 50 as opposed to the remaining 37 cards that are numbered to 425. They (the 16 cards #’d to 50) have become as valuable as the gold relics cards numbered to only 25 as there is a greater opportunity to complete this silver set than the gold set. The overall set features silver versions of bat and jersey relics of 53 all-time greats who participated in World Series heroics dating all the way back to 1909. The 16 short-printed cards are really really hard to find, so take advantage while they are still available. I am not breaking up another set. There is also a GOLD parallel version of this 53-card set that is numbered to only 25. You can find the beautiful gold versions of many of the superstars, including Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig, in my eBay store as well. ***I am also looking to find a few cards from this 2003 Tribute World Series issue and any help will be appreciated.
