Description: Topps Wacky Packages Sticker Cards, All New Series (ANS1), from 2004. HAND SIGNED BY ARTIST JAY LYNCH! Card # 31, Sneez-It. Cards are all colorful, original mini masterpieces, created for the set by Jay Lynch. Card was hand signed by the concept artist Jay Lynch at the New York Big Apple Comic Con, June 2007. It comes with both my POA (Proof Of Authenticity) and COA (Certificate Of Authenticity). Artist on early Wacky Packages 1968 & Garbage Pail Kids! Sadly Jay Lynch passed away on March 5, 2017. He will be missed. It comes with both my POA & COA! Jay lynch created many early rough sketches, and then Topps would assign another artist to paint the finished product, This was the process many early card sets were done, including Mars Attacks! All cards are Nm/Mint unless noted. To eliminate some concerns as to the authenticity of an autographed item, I include in most cases, what I call a POA (Proof Of Authenticity), which usually is a copy of the flyer addressed to me, or my proof of admission to the convention and the page listing the artist as a scheduled guest. While I provide certificates for some items, my experience at early conventions is that, the table selling certificates is far removed from most of the artists. As a result, the signing isn't witnessed by the seller of the certificate, so how can this be guaranteed authentic? Another source of certificates are those printed up by the seller who guarantees authenticity!!! Just a thought not to get hung up on certificates. I have been selling signed items on ebay since December 4, 1998. I haven't had any problems with authenticity in all that time! I personally guarantee that the signature is authentic, and was signed by the creator, witnessed by me. If you prefer a certificate I also provide those upon request. I I always pack carefully and securely, in a padded mailer, in new plastic sleeves and rigid top-loaders, sandwiched in cardboard and wrapped for further protection.
