Description: 2005 USPS Chinese Lunar New Year Collection of .999 Fine Silver Stamp Ingot Bars The collection consists of 12 replicas of U.S. Chinese Lunar New Year Postage Stamps originally designed by Clarence Lee and minted on .999 fine silver ingots and layed with 24-karat gold. The collection comes inside a beautiful lacquered maple wood display case with a red velvet lined interior.Includes the original letter that came with the display case, a Certificate of Authenticity, cabinet key along with a red velvet pouch, horn spatula lifting tool, and the outer white box with the protective styrofoam cushion wrap.The included Certificate of Authenticity is personalized with the original customer's name (name has been blacked out in the photos for privacy reasons) stating it to be set number 3539 out of a limited edition of 8,800 sets. Each of the twelve silver ingots weighs approximately 22 grams each for a total weight of 264 grams for the entire collection (approximately 8.5 troy oz.).These were sold under a subscription model and originally cost $88/ingot!
