Item is in excellent condition physically with no color fading, no voice distortion or broke lights, no scratches on the item but there is a small minor dent on the crystal ball (please see photos). Her head floats/moves great, and she is a fun spooky Halloween animatronic. Box has some minor wear and tear but overall is in good condition as well.
