Electrical hook up is Very easy. Most of these (99-07) trucks already have the plug that these plug into behind the passenger side kick panel. This harness runs up the passenger side pillar, just plug into the existing connector if your truck is equipped for lights. On 2008-2010 and 2011-2016 If your vehicle does not directly plug in you can cut off the electrical plug and hook up the black wire to any metal support in the roof for ground or you can run both wires down to kick panel area, and run the other brown wire to your parking light circuit so that they only come on when your lights are on. ******** We give you an accurate template to drill the 15 holes needed to install all the lights correctly.
