He is wearing his black and red X Pac gear and includes a title belt that looks like the European championship title. He was produced by Mattel as part of the Walmart exclusive Then Now Forever and is in his package however the glue has dried on the bubble in spots and taped so it is classified as an Open package figure. The figure has minor wear to the edges and corners as can be seen in the photos. Shipping outside of the United States will be extra.
