The Peace Dollar coin is composed of 1 oz of 0.999 fine silver and was produced by the U.S. Mint. It has been graded MS 70 and is certified by PCGS. To my knowledge this is the lowest numbered Director's Strike Peace Dollar to be graded a MS70. The COA is signed by the US Mint Director V. Gibson. The coin bears the design of the iconic Peace Dollar, which was first minted in 1921. It features Lady Liberty on the obverse and an eagle perched on a branch on the reverse.
