It is the 2c Locomotive reprinted on the B Press. They were the thirty-third coil design added to the set. The locomotive design was originally released in 1982 as 1897A (sold separately). It was later assigned to be reprinted on a new press, but the original design was too wide so it was re-engraved with a smaller vignette. These are the reissues with large 2 USA vs. original printing that had smaller USA 2c. The shiny gum version is uncommon and the key to the set. *Scott lists, but does not assign minor numbers for gum types, but catalogs like Brookman use the letter "s" to denote shiny gum.
