Description: Up for sale is a new 22mm Handmade Leather Watch Strap. The leather used for this strap is a Cognac brown Badalassi Carlo Waxy from the Badalassi Carlo Tannery in Tuscany, Italy. This leather has an amazing feel in hand and on the wrist. The strap has a medium firmness, but the added extra oils in the leather make it so the strap will form around your wrist almost immediately. Rocky Mountain leather describes the leather this way: This veg tan leather is their top grade, it is full grain and has a nice supple feel with a small amount of firmness. This leather has a unique rustic pull-up that adds beautiful depth to the leather and makes for an amazing patina as it ages. The pull-up effect means that when the strap bends, you’ll see the color lighten. The lighter the leather, the more pull up you will see. When the strap is straightened out, the original color returns. This strap measures 22mm (no taper), 79 mm x 126 mm x ~4.0 mm thick. I saddle stitched this strap with Ocean Blue waxed thread. Edges were burnished smooth. The first hole is 50 mm from the lug end. Extra holes can be punched upon request. The strap comes with a custom stainless steel Mott screw-in Pre-V style buckle. I also have custom Mott bronze and PVD buckles, which can be exchanged at no additional charge.
