It is an all wood, Scoop moulding in a standard, 24 X 36, size. The generous 3 3/4" wide profile is decorated with scrollwork and pierced scallop shells designs and includes a linen liner. The 'antiquing' and additional corner decorations makes it a closed or finished corner (finished after joining, resulting in a seamlessly decorated corner) frame. We believe the frame, is from, circa, mid 20th C. or earlier Perfect for Antique Oil paintings, Event photos with or without Glass, Plexiglas or a New or Antiqued Mirror, which we can provide.
